Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!

The location is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and so helpful, going out of their way to accommodate. We experienced equivalent hospitality across every staff, from reception to bell boy to bar lobby (Fabio and Frederica!) to espresso maker to housekeeping and the lifeguard! So sincere, they seem to love doing what they do.
For ease of mobility, there are working elevators to pool areas and up to the 3rd floor of the hotel rooms. Reception was helpful to change our room to 3rd floor for my handicapped husband. After 6:00 PM, there is live music and eager lobby bar staff to make you feel comfortable with beverages and snacks.
Restaurant has excellent presentation, mainly buffets with some à la carte options. One of the best options, the hotel has a partnership with a local beach club with transportation! Highly recommend this hotel experience.

"The location was optimal. The rooms were older and therefore showers were fairly small and old. We had two rooms, in one room the tv didn’t work at all. No towels provided for the pool and shower towels were not aloud to be brought to poolside."

"This is probably the worst hotel I ’ve ever stayed at someone walked in my room while I was in the shower and it scared my dog who’s my service animal and they kicked me out immediately told me I had to leave because I had a dog even though they knew I had a dog I will never ever recommend anyone ..."
