"Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. "The hotel is hard to find and in the semi- industrial area, but it is newer with a nice pool and excellent parking. Courteous front desk staff."

"Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning, pool was drained, internet was down, and the weather was hot. The hotel is surrounded by a very, very busy and noisy road; we had to keep the windows open to cool the room and the road noise was awful and bugs came into our room. The hotel was sparsely staffed and breakfast was not good (this was the 6th hotel we’ve stayed at on our road trip). The rooms were clean and the limited staff members were all nice and apologetic for the problems."
