Otimo hotel, recomendo

Ótimo hotel, limpo, agradável, cafe da manha bom também, próximo 3 quadras do hospital universitário, e aproximadamente 1 km da BR, acesso fácil. Recomendo, hotel possui estacionamento que durante a noite fica fechado o portão dando assim mais segurança para os hospedes.

Primeira vez neste hotel. Atendimento bom , todos educados. A acomodação está de acordo com a categoria. Poderiam colocar uma ducha higiênica no banheiro e um tapete maiorzões banheiro , um chuveiro melhor . Café da manhã com os itens básicos . Localização estava de acordo para o que eu precisava.

OK pelo preço

Quarto muito bom, confortável e com ar condicionado potente (em dez canoas é mt quente). Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentava (era a gás), depois de algumas tentativas e banhos completamente frios conseguimos tomar alguns banhos quentes (fervendo ou mt frio, não tinha meio termo). O quarto não tinha cofre e só entregam 1 chave do quarto pros hóspedes. Tivemos que deixar a chave na recepção toda vez que iamos sair, pois eles nao possuem chave reserva. Quando chegamos, a chave do quarto nao funcionou e tiveram que nos trocar de quarto. ). A comida em geral que foi ruim. No café da manhã as coisas pareciam velhas e reaproveitadas de vários dias. Pedimos uma pizza no quarto e infelizmente estava muito ruim também. O atendimento é OK, depende muito da pessoa que te atende. Fomos atendidos por pessoas bem educadas e gentis, porém outros funcionários foram grosseiros.

O hotel é legal (para quem tem filho apaixonado por carros se torna perfeito, pois tem miniaturas de carros expostos). A limpeza é boa. O q deixa a desejar é o atendimento. Ao fazer a reserva errei e não troquei as opções de cama (reservei 3 camas de solteiro no lugar de 1 solteiro e 1 casal), mas até aí tudo bem, afinal não teriam obrigação de arrumar um erro meu ( mas o hotel estava vazio, seria um agrado né, mas nem opção de pagar o valor extra tive). Perguntamos ao atendente se no frigobar do quarto tinha água ou se precisávamos comprar ali, nos respondeu q tinha tudo no quarto. Realmente tinha, porém estavam todas usadas 😤 ou seja a água foi reposta na garrafa, ao solicitarmos na recepção a troca o rapaz respondeu que trocaria, mas não levaria até o quarto, tive q descer pegar. A porta do nosso quarto nao fechava, tivemos que solicitar ao atende q resolvesse.O café servido é bom.

A primeira noite fui direcionado para um quarto que tinha 3 camas de solteiro (muito estreitas). Na segunda noite trocaram para um quarto com cama de casal, muito mais confortável. No mais tudo OK. Restaurante e café da manhã muito bom.

O quarto de solteiro tinha 3 camas de solteiro minimas . o espaço entre as camas minimo. O pior foi o chuveiro que apesar de não ser eletrico não havia agua suficiente para um banho. Indagando na recepção sobre essa condição a "solução"informada é que deveria ter aberto a agua da pia e esperado algum tempo ate que "saisse ogas " a tubulção???!!! INCONCEBIVEL
