Segunda vez no ano em que fiquei nesse estabelecimento, e notei uma leve queda na qualidade do serviço. No quesito humano, manteve-se a enorme simpatia e educação de toda a equipe: toda interação que tive com os profissionais do hotel foram positivas, todos sempre muito solícitos e gentis. Também quanto ao café da manhã, segue a impressão positiva: dada a categoria do hotel, o tarifário, é um café da manhã justo: bem abastecido, constantemente reposto, atendentes eficientes (ponto a melhorar: o café em si, a bebida, pode melhorar, e muito; sempre queimado e excessivamente forte). Agora, no quesito conservação, queda sensível na qualidade. Instalações avariadas em geral, no quarto e áreas comuns. Dê-se o desconto que me foi informado que reformas estavam em andamento, então essa minha crítica pode ser descartada em momentos posteriores. Mas foi flagrante essa impressão: muita coisa rachada, faltante, luzes queimadas… Nada que comprometesse a segurança, ao menos no que eu vi; mas uma impressão negativa quanto a esse aspecto.
