The sofa bed provide was terrible. I was up to talk with manager they didnt. They asked me to come later and busy now. Sofa bed is a kind of scam and so unconvenient for adult sleeping.

Choose to stay here when in town for work. It’s quiet, clean and the amenities: warm cookies at check in, kitchen, hot drink service, and breakfast all meet my needs when here on business. Stable friendly staff are a plus!

It was nice quiet neighborhood, felt safe, room smelled really bad, sofa bed was dirty and stinky old broken mattress, cabinets really old , fridge was dirty, cooktop elements were really wobbly, shower was dirty

Very friendly staff and had good communication throughout my stay. I accidentally left my new Sonicare toothbrush and they called me letting me know that they would hold it for me. I appreciated the overall hospitality from the staff. Dog friendly rooms that were clean and didn’t smell bad like some pet friendly hotels do. Breakfast was decent. Good location and good place to stay. I will return if I’m ever back in the area.

Room looked dated and beat up. Pull out couch had cushions with split seams in several places, plus the mattress on it had some large stains. I expected a better hotel for what I paid. It’s in a nice area.

We have stayed at this property 6 times and I’ve always enjoyed our stay. Normally, we actually stay in the same room! This time, not so good. The room that we stayed in was not cleaned properly and surfaces had residue and the bathroom could’ve been clean better, the refrigerator is in a corner yet has the doors facing in such a way that you have a hard time getting into it. This is an easy fix as the doors can be shifted to the other side. When I mentioned it to the manager I was told that this room had been refurbished two years ago. I find it hard to believe that this fix couldn’t have been done in two years time.

This is a dated property. Our room, although relatively clean, was dark and smelled of sweat...so musty that I actually turned off the HVAC and opened the windows before I left. The commons areas were very cramped and could not fit the entire breakfast crowd. Definitely in need of a major overhaul by today's standards and their price point. We stayed there due to proximity to our event, but would probably not return.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend sports tournament. The room was adequate - loved having a full kitchen. Housekeeping only on request which was a little annoying since we ran low on towels. The pull out couch should not be listed as a sleeping option. It’s VERY uncomfortable - my teenager slept on it and said he felt every single spring. The floor would’ve been more comfortable. Breakfast was okay but hardly any seating so you have to take food back to the room. Overall, it felt pretty clean and no major complaints. A good budget friendly option.

Adequate but basic
Decent motel accomodation. The room was clean but not in the best repair and dated (thermostst didint work, had to use the wall unit, old linoleum counter/cabinets creaky). Breakfast was adequate with some hot options (scrambled eggs, french toast and sausage, hot rice). Breakfast area was small though Iwas pleased that our dog was only $10 added for the night. Ok for one night stay for sure.

Speedy visit was perfect.
It was clean, smelled fresh and clean without an artificial scent which I appreciated. Breakfast items could have been warmer for the hot items. Otherwise over and all good for our family time at a memorial service nearby. Thank you very much.

Great for working in room.
The room was very comfortable. Bed was firm, the L shaped desk and desk chair was perfect to work at. I loved the kitchenette with full size fridge. Only thing that needs help is the breakfast. Items were lukewarm, but were tasty once warmer using microwave in room. Would stay again.
