"The location is good, just a few miles north of Nashville - easy access to the highway. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the check in staff were very nice. Overall it was a good hotel for a good price. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We ran into an issue trying to check in. They were having parking lot work done and a member of the crew was making it difficult to get up to the door or even parked. The staff managed the issue with professionalism."

"I specifically booked and paid for a pool-view room based on the hotel’s advertised description and photos. Upon arrival, the room we were assigned had absolutely no view of the pool. Instead, the window faced what appeared to be a dark storage or maintenance area, making the room feel more like it was located beside a janitor’s closet than the pool-view accommodation we had purchased. The room did not match what was advertised and was a major disappointment from the start. Things became even worse the next day. When we checked in, I asked the front desk if a late checkout was available. The employee checked and then told us that a 1:00 PM checkout was approved. We gladly accepted because we arrived late, the pool was already closed, and our three children were exhausted. They had been excited all day about swimming, so we planned to let them enjoy the pool the next morning before our approved checkout time. However, before 10:30 AM, housekeeping attempted to enter our room, and shortly afterward management came to the room as well. My husband went to the front desk to resolve the issue and was told that the hotel “doesn’t do 1:00 PM checkouts.” The manager reviewed our reservation and confirmed that their employee had in fact approved the 1:00 PM checkout. Despite acknowledging the mistake was made by hotel staff, management denied us access to the pool because of the checkout dispute. The entire experience felt unfair and unprofessional."

"Breakfast was ok. A lot of selection but limited amounts. Room was extremely clean!! Hate there’s three wash clothes and towels for 4 people. That makes no sense. Fridge and micro were nice to have but no coffee in the rooms anymore. Overall would recommend. Nice stay for sure. "

"Not great. I waited at the unmanned reception desk for almost 15 minutes until someone helpful me. It was 4:20pm… so not an odd time to check in. I received an automated text instructing me to simply respond to the text if there was anything I needed to help me settle in. I asked for another towel and a pillow. No response. The entire hotel smelled musty and like stale cigarette smoke. The lobby smelled like fresh cigarette smoke. Rooms are tiny. The outdoor pool looked nice but we limited our time there due to the creepy men at the motel behind the hotel creeping on my preteen daughters. If you’re a family looking for a place to stay while you’re passing through, just keep going."

"It's good for when you're on a long trip and just passing through to sleep; it's surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants it's a very commercial area. Now I'm just waiting for them to return the $100 deposit I paid for my pets in case they caused any damage. I hope to receive it soon."
