"The room was tired and looked dirty .Awful stains on carpet. Linen and towels were spotless. Breakfast was excellent. No beach view in my single room. Lift was out of order and an awful climb to3rd floor for an octogenarian….. Staff were most helpful carrying luggage up and down for me. Lovely views ..."

"We had a very friendly greeting. The location is quite good for exploring the area from Falmouth to St Ives. The kitchen’s facilities and the bed were good. The “house” is quite small but OK for 2 people. Car park is compromised by some large pine trees that have birds in them."
