"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. "This hotel is located in a business district a good 10 minute walk to the tram stop for travelling into town Unfortunately the bedroom windows were all blocked by wire caging which restricted any views Breakfast food quality was very good. Beds were large & very comfortable. Hotel was very clean & staff at reception were excellent. We were not aware of the dining room located on the first floor until we were leaving which looked very good."
