"We stayed here for one night. Found the place clean, but in need of a bit of maintenance. It def needs upgrading. Why I rated it so low, was that there was no hot water in the shower. We complained to a man at the counter that night and he didnt really seem to care or give a proper reason and just said its probably cos others have had a shower at the same time and to try again later and in the morning. We tried again later and in the morning and there was still no hot water. The room we had (room 18) was also right next to the stairs. It was me and my small son who goes to sleep early, and all day and late evening we heard people running up and down the stairs constantly. We did ask to change rooms, but unfortunately no rooms available. So suggestion if staying with small kids to ask to not be in room 18. Otherwise lady at reception was nice and offered breakfast as we were leaving for compensation for having no hot water. We unfortunately were leaving so didnt take up the offer."
