"We had a wonderful stay at Kaila City Hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—very central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel welcome. Staff: Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!"
