Currently under construction, so not all amenities are available at the current moment, but this hotel is great for if you just need a safe affordable place to sleep. Massive sturdy building. Probably a great place to be if there was a tornado. Every staff person i have encountered was very kind and helpful. Would recommended to anyone traveling on a budget. Good value for the price.
Very nice staff, very professional and very helpful as well.

We loved our room and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The toilet was a little low to the floor though. Would recommend this hotel

Great room for the price. Was perfect for wat I need it for.
The hotel was a little off the beaten path but it wasn’t too crowded and the room we stayed in was very nice it was a two room suite and very quiet and clean we have stayed in many other high end hotels that were nowhere as nice as this one for half the price
The room was really big, the minifridge and microwave where tiny and no counter space. Had to go ask for towels like 3 times. The breakfast was toast, bagels, or cereal... Also the pool was under construction but that's meh.
Went to the beach just north of here. Good time at the beach and no the trails.

The pool was closed and half the equipment in the fitness center was broken However the room was clean, the bed was great and the wifi was fast and didnt throttle.
Our room was nice and clean and had a comfortable bed
The pools was closed for repair as well as the fitness center and they did not have any continental breakfast as promised.
Property was a dirty room smelled like cat pee, but they did change our rooms. Paul was closed and they did not advertise that online. People were friendly.

Meh
The water feature for kids and pool were CLOSED due to remodeling but they didn't let us know. The whole reason for staying there was for the kids to play at that water feature. Disappointed kids are no fun. Front entrance is closed for construction but there were no clear signs showing you where you should go to check in. No signage inside to direct you to the front counter either. Melanie was SUPER NICE and deserves a raise!!!! Rooms were clean but had a strong perfume smell due to the chemicals used to clean if you are sensitive. Beds were VERY comfortable. I would stay there again when the pool area is open again.

The staff was amazing even through our issues getting checked in. The room had trash still in it from the previous guests. It met our needs.

Great price. Housekeeping needs attention. The room was spacious but was not cleaned well. The bed was made messy. There was hair on the floor in bathroom, tub and faucets were outdated and room had no towels. But the plus was it was half the price then surrounding hotels and restaurants were not far from property
The room was a disaster… looked like it was getting renovated well we were in there… but the staff was excellent… breakfast… food was out and the food that was there was ice cold… I wasn’t the place I thought I would get for the money.
The free breakfast was very disappointing. The remote didnt work. They were not busy, so I wondered why the mangement couldnt get the simple things. But it was a comfortable sleep in a clean room.
The outside of the hotel was an eye sore, but the room itself was nice. The members of staff were pleasant, when you could find one. We had a broken toilet seat that was never fixed and there was only one ice machine that worked. The pool, gym and media room was closed. Oh and the “grab and go breakfast” was a joke. My family was there to experience the Dunes, which was awesome! However with none of the hotel amenities available during our stay we had enough. So much so that we returned home a day earlier than planned.
Although the workers were polite and friendly, this place needs work, and possibly new management. You get what you pay for is very true out this place. What was once probably a quality Best Western is now a run down Rodeway Inn. Exercise space, pool, arcade all out of order for “remodeling”. “Hot” breakfast was toast packaged in ziplock sandwich bags. And sheets with stains that should be replaced. For simply a bed, this place works. For a vacation stop, spend a little more and avoid that intersection of Melton, or you’ll be in for a disappointing experience.

At first we couldn't tell it was our hotel. No name on it. Staff was nice though
Our room was surprisingly unclean. Mold grew on the bathroom ceiling from lack of ventilation. Hair covered every part of the toilet, the rest of the room was clearly not dusted in a while and only 1 of our tvs worked. The bedding seemed to be the only clean part of the room.
This was our second stay at this hotel for our annual family trip. Last year was a good stay. To come back this year and witness such a deline in quality was unfortunate.
The pool, arcade and gym were all closed. The breakfast was 'grab and go' but my kids didn't even want to eat it. Where last time there were more and better options.
