"Amazing view over the Split Riva and harbor. The windows were able to block out the late night restaurant sounds on the Riva. Spacious room, compared to other EU hotel rooms. Problems with AC and the mini fridge were taken care of rapidly. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety, although the breakfast room is small. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of stairs but no elevator."

"Oh my goodness I love this hotel!!! Jan, the manager, went out of his way to help us with EVERYTHING. The room was lovely. The bathroom had a great shower and L’Occitane products. "This is a first class hotel and I really enjoyed my stay here. I traveled during low season (stayed for a little over a week) and the staff took great care of me. I had a massage at their spa and it was also wonderful. The massage therapist was one of the best I've had. This hotel has great amenities -- pool, spa, and it's right by the beach, perfect for morning and evening walks. The area is safe, good for female solo travelers. This hotel is not at the city center. While it is close to the beach, it's not close to many restaurants or grocery stores or pharmacies. No close laundromat either. Though there is one grocery store close by, and for me, that was enough. You'd have to take a bus or Uber to the city center. Uber or Bolt cost $10 one-way on average so it's not bad. I thought the food was good at the hotel restaurant, not the best, but good. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the cheesecake is a must and the best I've had!"
