Firstly the greeting was warm and genuine. Super helpful. I forgot my tie for a conference i was due to attend the concierge found me one and then proceeded to swap it with his because his one looked better !
Amazing people beautiful location and amazing facilities!

the view is awesome, first time to visit Lausanne this no idea in general how else hotels look like but it is clean and staff are pro. the breakfast needs a bit of upgrade

Basic but clean and quiet place. Surprisingly fantastic restaurant options within a 5 min walk. Good place to stay if you have business / family / acquaintances very nearby. Not a great place if you want to explore Lausanne (kind of far from the downtown area).

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic.
