When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."

En effet, elle donnait directement sur l'entrée où les gens fumaient et la fumée rentrait directement par la bouche d'aération. Pour un hôtel qui est censé être non fumeur, cela est incompréhensible... On nous a finalement donné une autre chambre un peu plus loin, cela a été mieux"
