I liked the fact that he security showed himself whenever we came in late at night. Facilities was very quiet. Driving in and out the parking lot was not challenging.

Our stay at Monique's

The room was good for the purpose of our trip however, they may want to consider amenities such as, coffee/coffee pot in the room, shampoo & conditioner. Also the phones were not open for us to make a local call. In addition, they did not have available toothbrushes and so on. I will say that the view of the mountains was lovely, the staff was friendly and courteous. We loved that we can get drinks available for purchase. Overall a good stay

Nice staff but not recommended for prolonged stay

The accommodations in the room were terrible. The bathroom was very smelly and resembled a public restroom. They were no complimentary toiletries provided. The linens on the beds were rarely changed. The towels still had stains and lots of hair remaining on them. The breakfast service that was offered was very lack luster. Not enough food was provided and options were very limited; not worth the money. The only positive about my recent stay here was that the staff was friendly.

Ah Monique!

Overall, our ( a family of four) stay at the guest house was good. The downside, however, was the wireless service, which needs to be upgraded to high speed, lack of HD television, and no microwave in the room. Nevertheless, I would recommend others to stay there because of its comfortable accommodation and great location in Port Of Spain

Nice hotel with a countryside feel

The individual patio style rooms makes you feel like home. The staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in before time since our flight was very early.
