"The room was large enough, we rented a suite. The front desk was less than helpful, they advertise a shuttle and advise to call for pickup. The shuttle drivers were very nice but front desk told us to meet shuttle at MJ Marriott, unfortunately they did not tell us which MJ Marriott. We waited over an hour with no pick up. We called three times to advise that we were waiting, until the shuttle driver went off duty. Never once did front desk ask for our location precisely. We ended up calling Uber to get a ride back to the hotel, costing us over $30 dollars. We had tipped the shuttle driver generously, as I have been in the service industry. It was not the drivers fault. Had front desk told us, to go to the MJ Marriott where we were dropped off, it would have been very helpful. Lack of communication and lack of concern from front desk was very frustrating. It was a very unfortunate experience. Would not recommend, due to no hospitality concerns. "

"My room was fine and clean. When the sheets were changed, a stained sheet was put on the bed which was unpleasant so I slept in the other bed. I was shocked by the condition of the floor in another guest's room. The faux wood floor was damaged in numerous places. That room should have been closed for repairs. It would have looked bad in a two-star hotel. One elevator's control control panel was broken and ajar although all elevators worked well. Except for the stained sheet, my room was fine so I would call this an overpriced three-star hotel. Nice lobby, good coffee available in lobby coffee shop. Main floor restaurant looked nice but I never had chance to eat there. Great location for our purposes within easy walking distance of many things. Good restaurants nearby. I would call it an overpriced three-star hotel. If I was in Savannah again, I would look for something better for the price, although I could stay there again if nothing better was available."

"I’ve machine didn’t have ice. Shower curtain was ripped. Front desk was locked before breakfast-had early morning. Didn’t have enough towels both days. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent to all sites. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom did have black mold along the floor of the shower and my hidden camera detector went off near the floor lamp. It is an accurate detector. So we covered it with the curtain"
