For an older style hotel presented well. Amused by the breakfast packs. Never seen those before. Older bathrooms but to be expected. Comfortable bed, quality linen etc. Managment were prompt in replacing a faulty ac. Friendly staff although some additional information around exiting the building, via front entrance, on leaving would have been helpful when being booked in.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Very stained carpet. Stained toilet. Scrappy, poor quality window furnishings, not wide enough to cover the glass in the door, so outdoor light shining through all night. Very narrow door to cramped bathroom .

Thank you for your feedback. We know the rooms are tied and old, please look out as renovations are coming very soon. Due to been an old building though the only thing we are unable to fix is the door size to the bathroom, but everything else will be replaced.

It was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The only bad thing I found was there was no hot water when my daughter went to have a shower. I’m guessing it is electric as the water warmed up later that night

Management & Staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Absolutely totally recommend this space as a reasonably priced, safe and convenient stay with a view over the water if you request a balcony front room.

I am an account manager for competitive pest services and walking out to the outdoor dinning i walked through spider webbing and then notices all the webbing around the external areas. I would advise a spray around the external of the building to prevent the build up of webbing you have. Room was nice breakfast on the go packs are great, Staff are so friendly overall very happy with my stay and with me traveling here with now i will book with you again. Thanks

Having a balcony to watch the world go bye was excellent, and view was amazing. Staff were friendly although due to Easter/Good Friday no one around except one person who was most obliging. Cleaning staff most helpful. Would stay again
