Had a pleasant stay. Room was a bit tired bathroom door needed repainting. Food was lovely but took a long time to come. Leisure area was good but had missing tiles around the hydrotherapy pool

Ok I really did like the hotel except for one thing and honestly it’s a big thing for me. The rooms are dark they have that ambient light of desk lamps and little low power bulbs. Great little suites very well located in the merchant city area – lots of pubs/cafes/restaurants etc nearby. The suite itself was great and had everything we needed. Showers were excellent. Free laundry facilities were an added bonus.
