Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. The hotel is not 5 stars, but the staff at the hotel make it what it is. Check in was slightly delayed due to the number of clients arriving. My room was very spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Food ok, but got a little repetitive due to my food allergies. The hotel is quiet and peaceful with lots of sun loungers. The animation team are excellent and I enjoyed my daily morning yoga/gentle exercises. The only negatives aspect is where they display their daily programmes. I think it should be given to the clients when they check in so they know what the activities and when. I missed a couple of classes because of that issue. For getting around, I suggest you use the Bolt app because the prices are cheaper. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would go again

Quality has degraded compared to last year
Quality has degraded compared to last year's. The room was ok but there were no amenities. Food is OK but the restaurant is very noisy / crowded. Animation for children is low quality. Pool was ok. Checkin was very slow. They were even questioning a third room we reserved. The guy in the front door was asking for a voucher to let us in while he was having the list of all guests. He could simply've asked our names. Parking lot is limited to few vehicles. Prices are a bit high compared to other hotels in the region and other countries.

We had a great time, excellent customer service and the food options were good. The excursion guys (quad biking, catamaran and camel ride) in the hotel were really good as well.

By far one of the few properties in Sousse that is kids friendly. The staff has an outstanding leadership that shows throughout the entire property. I definitely recommend Kantaoui Bay.

We've spent an awesome three days on the Iberostar Kantaoui Bay Hotel. Everything was great : rooms, food, pools and hotel's staff. Special thanks to the lady and the guys in the reception for their very warm welcom and professionalism. They made our stay look like a honeymoon. We will definetly be going back some time in the near future.

Overrated
Not what I expected. Was told room would be ready in 10 min, waited 1.5 hours. Room was only ok, considering price. Also food was just ok. Beach was nice and pool was nice though.

This hotel is rated 5 stars. We did not find the confort of a 5 star hotel. It is over rated. It was full of kids. Food was not good. Rooms were ok. Consequently it was over priced.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Buchung stimmte nicht mit der Leistung vor Ort überein. Wir haben keinen Meerblick und auch kein King Size Bett, stattdessen sehen wir auf die Zimmer gegenüber und den Pool und haben zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben wurden und mit einem Topper versehen sind, diese rutschen immer auseinander und bilden eine große Kuhle in der Mitte. Das komplette Zimmer und Hotel ist dreckig und veraltet. Am Strand in Richtung Hotel auf den Wiesen häuft sich der Müll und Dreck. Die Badewanne ist nicht nutzbar, da sie voller Belag ist. Die Klobürste im Badezimmer war bei Ankunft verkotet. Auf dem Balkon stinkt es nach Abfluss. Im Gym hat das Ganze Ausmaße angenommen, die wir nicht dulden können. Gerade hier ist Hygiene sehr wichtig, überall liegt jedoch Zigaretten-Asche und Essensreste (ja, im FITNESSSTUDIO!). Die Geräte sind gänzlich verdreckt oder kaputt. Anscheinend wurde eine Party gefeiert und die Gäste wurden trotzdem von den Angestellten dorthin geschickt. Es gibt keine Lunch-Boxen. In den A-La-Carte Restaurants gibt es wohl kein vegetarisches Essen, also können wir diese nicht nutzen. So etwas habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie gehört, schon gar nicht bei angeblichen 5 Sternen. Im Buffet-Restaurant wird man entweder nicht beachtet oder alles wird weggeräumt und man steht auf einmal ohne Platz da. Die Lampen sind voller Vogel-Kot, das Besteck, die Gläser und Tischsets meistens dreckig. Türklinken im gesamten Hotel kleben oft.

Séjour au top ! Je recommande cet établissement, plutôt bien entretenu, un personnel super sympa et attentionné (mention spéciale pour Atef en restauration qui était vraiment parfait, au petit soin, adorable). La piscine est un plus, une belle plage de sable fin. Bref tout pour pouvoir se reposer et profiter des charmes de la côte tunisienne. Je vous conseille évidemment de sortir de l'hôtel, visite de Sousse, magnifique Medina et Ribat, Monastir, El Jem et son Amphithéâtre qui n'a rien à envier à Rome, Kerouan et sa Grande Mosquée ! Bref une très belle région ! (y aller en taxi que vous négocier directement devant l'hôtel) Conseil et astuce : ne pas réserver le taxi avec l'hôtel entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel qui vous coutera 40€ ... soit environ X3 du tarif local. Mieux vaut demander à un taxi directement en arrivant et en négociant ! Bon séjour à tous !
