The location was central and walkable to most things. The unit on the lower level, as I have mobility problems, allowed for easy access to unit, car parking and the main shopping and dining areas. we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property! Everyone was so lovely. Shannon was very informative and shared amazing knowledge of recommendations to do in Port Douglas. Lovely customer service. Prices affordable. Room was tidy snd clean. Parking in the hotel property was very narrowed and difficult to park, this was the only downside. However overall experience was excellent and enjoyable

The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable.

Central, nice and great staff

Top floor unit at the back was very quiet and relaxing. Spacious apartment with wooden sliding door to close off bedroom if desired. Sharp knives were not very sharp but that is always the case at motels. Ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit too low so it always felt too strong. Spa bath in shower was a nice bonus. Easy walking distance to everything on Macrossan St. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lovely place.

The highlight of this property is its great location right in centre of town off the main street. A great variety of cafes and restaurants close by and a close walk to the beach, park and marina. The Pavilions units very generous in size, although older, had been refurbished recently and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Only thing I would have liked was the opportunity to have some fresh towels during our stay. Pool also older but was warm and a great place to cool off.

Room was tiny and badly laid out. Lighting poor. Room was extremely small and the layout, especially the area for the bench, kettle toaster etc was terrible. Supposed to have a spa tub but it didn’t work. Only savings graces were the location and the staff who were smiling and helpful.

The property was prime location right in the centre of the main street, very close to all the restaurants, beach and also Coles, we usually hire a car, this time we didn't and we didn't really need too due to the good location. They have a car park here too. Shannon the manager was very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed. The aircon in the room was amazing. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Birthday holiday

We stayed for hubby’s 70th birthday. We wanted central and quiet, no kids. This was the perfect location. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities as Cyclone Jasper arrived. Staff moved us to a higher room and we bunkered down til we could fly out and home. The rooms are well appointed, clean and central. Staff are absolutely amazing.

Large room with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Excellent location. In the centre of the 'tourist area', steps to numerous bars and restaurants. Grocery store / bottle store 3 minute walk. Covered secure parking. Our balcony faced the rear of the property, where construction is underway on a new building. Not a problem for us (they advised us before our arrival of the construction to allow us to change) but, it may block the view when completed. Great place to stay in Port Douglas.

I can only describe my stay here as perfect. I had an incredibly busy schedule, with 2 full-day activities booked in my 2-night stay, arriving after midnight on the first day. This timetable does not fit well with the reception times for check-in and check-out, but after communicating my situation to the staff they easily offered me options to make it work, even keeping my luggage after the check-out. Here, let me specifically cite the manager Shannon, whose attention I can only qualify as delightful. The rooms were large and comfortable offering all the expected amenities and prepared to keep you safe in such a tropical and wildlife-vibrant environment. Regarding the location, for me it is also perfect, right in the middle of Port Douglas, with many restaurants and grocery stores just some steps away, and the marina where you board the boats to explore the Great Barrier Reef is just 10-15 minutes by walking. This property will be first on my list for my next stay at Port Douglas.

Was on the main st tho tucked away, i was kept updated via text from pavillions regarding payment, keys, directions to my room if i arrived whilst reception was unattended. The staff i had contact with were super friendly professional and helpful. I would definitely book there again. The hotel is also within walking distance of everything
