Took a while to check-in aftet an online reservation was conformed and paid for. Bed was uncomfortable and the 2 pillows were flat and offered no support. Big old stain on ghe floor right when you walk in.

We loved our stay, we do plan on coming back for sure.. it was very peaceful,, just would love another room , the wifi wasn't strong enough for my PS5 but overall it was good

Good but needs some improvements/updates.
Found dead Armadillidiidaes around the edges. I guess dead is better than alive. According to a note from the cleaning crew, the room was last cleaned over a week before. Found a lot of dust on the light fixtures by the bed. Accessible room did not have shower hose. Had a regular tub, not truly accessible. No shampoo.

A pleasant stay
The room and kitchen were clean. The room is very spacious, with a full fridge. The heater worked quickly. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the suite next to me snoring as though they were in my room. Friendly staff and cookware available at the desk.

Room was always hot and the A/C couldn't keep up or cool it down to a comfortable temp. Beds were "meh". "kitchenette" had a stove, but NO dishes, pots, pans, paper towels, utensiles, etc. the toaster smelled like it was going to catch fire. Lots of homeless sleeping on the ground in the area...not directly on motel propoerty but within the immediate area. Probably won't be back.

Good overnight trip.
I liked the location, felt very safe here. Room was clean and brightly lit. One and only negative, housekeeping knocking at 9 to ask if you are checking out. First hotel/motel I have ever experienced this at. I understand that the housekeeper wants to hurry the process but I paid for this room.

Never again.
I was not pleased with the fact that the unit had no utensils or pots and pans, but has a kitchenette. There were so many cobwebs in the corners of the room. I looked for coffee and there was 1 cup, 1 coffee, 1 sugar, and 1 creamer. That made no sense seeing that I was there 3 days. I will definitely choose another hotel when I am in the city again.

As a person that lives out of town 9 months of the year I value my privacy. I asked for no house keeping and they made it a point to enter my room everyday via some excuse weather it was to check the smoke detector or do to checking the AC filter. Not to me Chen at 0500 they made me wait to check out so they could check my room before check out

Overcharged !!
We arrived around 9 pm and she said no rooms were available so she called her manager and she didn't have rime to help her so we had to go up and check a room to see if it was cleaned yet. Then we got charged 2x for the room plus the $50 deposit just because there wasnt a note left by the clerk to refund it to us. $250 in charges for an $84 room stay!
