"Spa is very tired, thereโs a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldnโt pay extra if it wasnโt. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"The hotel is ideally located with a train station 10 minutes walk away. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is wonderful very fresh and everything you could want. The room was so clean and well maintained as is the whole building. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didnโt flinch and didnโt disappoint. Canโt say enough about the staff. From Llario to Leonardo and especially Matteo they answered every question with careful thought. We felt like family was taking care of us. Before we arrived they arranged a driver for us to get to our next destination. Not easy when you are traveling in a group of 7 with too many suitcases! If you are thinking of Pistoia then look no further than Palazzo 42."
