"Everything was great except our room on the top floor with very low slanted/sloped ceilings. Would have preferred a room on lower level with normal ceilings and therefore more room. We stayed only two nights. Otherwise location was great and staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent."

"The staff is accommodating and helps meet the needs of the customers. They are helping to organize trips to local attractions, (in the example Morskie Oko) including necessary transportation. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the major Zakopane attractions such as the famous Krupowki Street and Gubalowka. "
