Cependant, au moment de notre départ, l’employé à la réception n’était pas au courant de cette réduction et aucune note n’avait été ajoutée à notre dossier. Nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement et, finalement, l’hôtel a accepté de nous accorder le rabais de 20 %. Je vous recommande donc de vous assurer que cette réduction est bien inscrite à votre dossier dès votre arrivée et de demander qu’on vous explique clairement la procédure à suivre pour en bénéficier."

"Wow, a well-maintained vintage hotel located in the heart of Helsinki. The retro vibe has modern features, including a/c in each room. The hotel is located across from the central station and is surrounded by dining and shopping options. The area is clean and safe. You can easily access transportation options within a short walk: trains, buses, taxis, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel in the future."
