This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. The grounds are stunning, the staff are great (from people at the reception to the buggie lads, to the breakfast team). We are made feel very welcome from beginning to the end. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sensational. I LOVE this place. This is the only place we holiday to since we...

We stayed as a party of 3 in two lateral sea view double rooms. Delightfully, there was no charge for under-occupation. Each room was spacious and well equipped with modern furnishings and tv and a sparklingly clean bathroom. The rooms were attentively serviced with cleaning and towel change each day. A wifi connection was available at 15 euro per week. Speed and reliability proved good. Hotel Reception was warm and helpful, with several languages at the command of staff (certainly Portuguese,...

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be.
The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too.
The restaurant had a good menu for lunches. We didn't go in the evenings, so I don't know about the menu for that.

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

At check in we were welcomed by Joana who was so helpful and recommended places to see.
We stayed in room 303, which is one of the external rooms overlooking the pool and you can even see the sea in the distance. Roll had a big balcony. These rooms have steep stairs and aren’t suitable for people with mobility issues. There was a small table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. Towels were provided as well as freshly filtered drinking water. The room was big and beds were comfortable,...

We had a fantastic time here with our 3 children. The staff and facilities were excellent and the location superb. Literally a 3-5min walk from our room to the most beautiful beach (and a great pizza place - a must!) If you have really young kids just be wary of the cliffs there because there's some sheer drops with not much warning!

E by the hustle and bustle, 'subs this is not the hotel for you. The interior is amazing. The food is nice. We had spa treatments, which were great. They really do look after you. We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely will go back. Magical.

Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
