"Hotel was okay - staff was very competent, professional, helpful. But at least one elevator (of just 3) was out of order. So we ended up using the service elevators… once we found out about them. Windows opened, but would not stay open, and there were no screens, at least in our room."

"Extremely nice staff but hotel is terribly dated and dirty. Bathroom tiles are cracked, faucets are really dirty, and hotel is really showing its age with no renovations. Definitely not a 3 star hotel."
