"Actually, all of the above. The room was clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, volunteered help, and spoke "understandable English". The Amenities were great, and the location by the Southpark Mall were a major plus, where we did not have to go far for food and necessities. We need to make this trip every once in a while, to see our son and family and this serves all our needs for multiple visits to the hotel. "

"Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. We easily found restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 95. Plenty of parking. No breakfast, but fresh coffee. We would stay there again. "
