I thought it was a nice hotel. My room could’ve been cleaner. The mirror was dirty in the couch was dirty. Bed was very comfortable and I like the shower. Staff I encountered was very pleasant.

Hotel and room were modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I did not use the pool but the pool area looked very nice. Having a bar in the hotel was a plus. The area surrounding the hotel was safe and included many shopping and dining options. I was able to walk to dinner and to the movie theatre. The only complaint would be that I could hear my neighbors too clearly, the hotel provided earplugs on the table next to the bed...but they stated it was for the nearby airport noise, I never heard a plane.

The room seemed dated. The bartender was nice. We had two rooms and they were not set up the same (maybe sting a bottle of water) only two towels in one room, etc. the bed was kind of comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend arrived around 10pm and were told they were sold out of the one king bed rooms, which is what we selected on Expedia. While the staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and the hotel is in a good location — the walls are PAPER THIN. We heard EVERYTHING our next door neighbors were doing and saying… from 1:30am - 4:30am. We didn’t get any sleep because of this. They do provide earplugs but seriously.. who wants to use that while sleeping? Granted, we were just SO fortunate enough to get an adjoining room so maybe it was the door that connected the rooms, but we felt it should’ve still had some kind of privacy. We called the front desk but even after an hour, we didn’t hear any change in the noises that were coming from the neighboring room. In fact, it got louder! I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Very disappointed about the "no buffet style" breakfast. The only option is to order from a limited menu and billed separately. We went to Omlette Cafe, just 7 miles away and that was amazing. I give Aloft an 8/10.

THE STAFF!!! The ladies who checked us in were the kindest and friendliest even to our fur baby! We stay in a lot of hotels and these ladies stood out for their kindness! Please tell them or their management or something! It is worth a pat on the back!
