"Really great room with a relaxed pub below in a really nice location close to the beach. The staff were absolutely incredible, so welcoming and helpful and really made you feel like a valued guest from the second you walked in the door to the time we left. Breakfast had a good variety and was excellent quality. Would highly recommend this place"

"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service available for drinks from the bar. This felt like a missed opportunity, especially given how spectacular the setting is."

"Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one, buy the Cooked and go all in!! Large bar area and restaurant. Fabulous building all round, full of history - you can learn about one of the previous owners in nearby Poole Museum."
