"Great experience! The room was clean & comfortable, the location very convenient, and the staff was very accommodating and generous during our stay. We couldn’t get into our room on time because the bathroom was being fixed - this was no big deal to us because we wanted to head out and explore. The bathroom was fixed and room was cleaned and ready for us once we got back later after dinner but they still kindly gifted us a free meal at their restaurant which we accepted the next day! We also mentioned that we had to catch an early train on our last day so would miss breakfast and wanted to pack up the bread from our meal to go. But instead they packed us some cakes, croissants, yogurt, biscotti, jams and water bottles! What a generous gesture. Thank you so much! "

"Great location. Short walk to Cinque Terre trains. Main plaza very close with shops and restaurants. Breakfast is simple. We had parking through the hotel. But the onsite parking was full. They have additional parking a short walk away. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great choice."

"Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer. "

Was nice to be able to get away from the tourist crowds and take advantage of all the amenities Hotel Argento has to offer including a very nice breakfast buffet, a beautiful pool and saunas.
