Toilet was 50/50 after every flush that it would fill back up. Towel bar was very loose. The return vent in bedroom was very dusty as was the exhaust fan in the bathroom. "

It took no less than 12 calls over several hours to get anyone to pick up the phone. When they finally did answer the manager half heartedly said “sorry we had a big wedding.” WOW. Better customer service at roadside motel. This brand is not what it used to be - avoid at all costs."
