I love this place so much. You get all you need ( facilities and services ). The reception staff is supper friendly and helpful , who provided me with a lot of tourist information. Location is very convenient where you can reach all the restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Claudia was adept with communications post booking and was exceptionally helpful at check in by thoroughly explaining everything. She was immediately available for the few minor issues and questions we had. The apartment was amply equipped with everything we needed. Strongly recommended.

Our group had 2 apartments at the Santa Clara for a week in March. We absolutely loved it! The apartments were huge and had all amenities we could have needed or wanted for the week. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Location was perfect walking distance to everything.

Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. There is a free parking lot to park overnight north of the property. About .70 euro per hour if parking on street . Place was spacious with adequate amenities. Would definetly come back again.

The room was really spacious and felt bigger than the pictures - it combined the best parts of an apartment rental with the amenities of a hotel. The air conditioning worked really well in the summer and the room was quiet facing the inner courtyard. Cláudio was helpful with local recommendations and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores in Ponta Delgada. We were able to find a parking spot in the free lot just a block away every day. Also appreciated the shared laundry. We would definitely return!

Cláudio is an excellent host, he is super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us with the luggage, explained how to use the apartment and offered very useful information about the island’s attractions and local restaurants. The apartment (too floor) was amazing, new, modern, clean, spacious with super comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom/shower. We loved the outdoor rooftop terrace to look out the sky at night and see the neighborhood. Very conveniently located in downtown. Will definitely come back again. Thank you, Cláudio!!

Beautiful little hidden gem in the city. Located a block from the pedestrian-street downtown, so very convenient for nightlife! However, heads up-- the property doesn't have parking, so you'll have to park on the street -- and the local parking enforcers do not slack!

This space was great. It’s very clean, easy check in and in a walkable area. There is no dedicated parking spaces, but you can park on the street for free on weekends. During the week there is a parking lot just 5 minutes walk away. There was never a day that I couldn’t find a space. The apartment is within walking distance of a lot of things, but it’s still very quiet inside. The bedroom windows have a door cover which keeps the room dark, we slept great. There is laundry in the building, not in the apartment. It’s a washer and you can hang dry. It’s a nice perk if you need it since accommodations with laundry are not common on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is newly renovated, neat and well-equipped. My room is located on the second floor facing the beautiful garden of the blue government mansion. It is a two-bed room with a queen bed and two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in my unit which is very convenient for us and the espresso machine is excellent. The host Bruno is very helpful. He advised us of the 24 hour free parking which is only two blocks away and a supermarket is near that parking area. He welcomed us with classic dessert, traditional cake, juice and water. The hotel is in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the main gate, the castle, the gelato store, pharmacy et.al. Bruno also gave us a color printout of what to do and what to eat in Sao Miguel. The restaurants he recommended are much better than those we randomly picked.

Fantástico alojamiento.

El alojamiento ha estado muy bien, fuera de la zona del puerto que no es muy bonita y cerca de buenas opciones para comer. Es muy céntrico pero muy silencioso. Además es precioso ya que la decoración es muy bonita. Todo está muy limpio. El único pero sería a la hora de hacer el check out, cuando no tuvimos instrucciones claras y no había nadie en recepción. Esta no funciona todo el día. En general, la estancia excelente.

Cet endroit est parfait en tous points : très bien localisé, très propre, calme (nous avions la chambre 2C), moderne et par dessus tout, un accueil des plus chaleureux de Claudio qui est venu nous accueillir plus tôt pour nous permettre de nous reposer car la chambre était inoccupée la veille. Mention aussi au personnel ménager, très sympathique.
