We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the best room (2.1) with ocean view. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was relaxing in the afternoon. Tasty breakfast and easy parking.

Friendly and comfortable guesthouse

We had great time at this beautiful guesthouse. The room was large, with wide, very comfortable double bed. We loved bathroom with spacious shower. Breakfasts with fantastic local cheese, fruit, good coffee were very tasty. Speedy internet. Recommended.

We liked the effective check in process which came in hand given that due to flight delay we arrived at the facility around 2am....We also liked the room (albeit not a sea view), the breakfast and the helpful staff. The only comment we have is that the facility is not set for the diabled.

Excellent quality B&B

We stayed for 2 nights end of August 2022 in Room 2.2 located 2 floors up (no elevator) had the view of the ocean. The B&B is on a high traffic road, however, closing the double glass high quality windows one could not hear anything from the outside. Air conditioning was provided. The room had a small closet, small table with chair. The bathroom had a raintop shower as well as a hand held showerhead. Water pressure was good. Flooring was dark tiled non slippery. Several amenities including ear plugs were available. Every detail was of superior taste and quality. Bed linens were of good quality. Towels were thick high quality and absorbant. Very clean bedroom and common space. Breakfast was ample and varied. The service was superb. They helped us with restaurant reservations and superior Whale Watching tour. Their aim is to be excellent and they succeeded. I highly recommend this B&B. Applause to Dana, Carolina and Yulia.

A nossa experiĂȘncia na Praia de Santos Guesthouse foi fantĂĄstica, desde antes do check in atĂ© ao check out. NĂłs chegĂĄmos muito tarde Ă  noite e providenciaram toda a informação para fazermos um self check in rĂĄpido e tranquilo. Ao chegarmos ao quarto ficĂĄmos encantados uma vez que era de excelente bom gosto, bom tamanho e tudo aquilo que poderĂ­amos necessitar e tinha um bilhete de boas-vindas acompanhado de uns bombons. Um pormenor que me chamou Ă  atenção foi o facto de terem vĂĄrias tomadas. Esta Ă© sempre uma questĂŁo problemĂĄtica em todos os quartos de hotel, uma vez que cada vez mais viajamos com mais aparelhos electrĂłnicos que tĂȘm de ser carregados e muitas vezes temos de escolher quais carregar, uma vez que nĂŁo conseguimos pĂŽr todos ao mesmo tempo. Aqui nĂŁo existia esse problema e para nĂłs sĂŁo aqueles pormenores que fazem toda a diferença. A casa de banho espaçosa e com tudo o que podem necessitar. O Gel Duche e ChampĂŽ, assim como gel de mĂŁos sĂŁo todos da Benamor e eram simplesmente maravilhosos. Dispunham tambĂ©m de uma sĂ©rie de amenities que sĂŁo bastante Ășteis. TĂ­nhamos um quarto com vista mar e foi maravilhoso, acordar e ver nĂŁo sĂł o mar como tambĂ©m a zona de jardim e piscina da Guesthouse. A Guesthouse estava cheia e nunca ouvimos qualquer barulho nem de noite, nem da parte da manhĂŁ. Todo o isolamento dos quartos e das janelas Ă© de excelente qualidade o que proporciona uma qualidade de sono e de descanso difĂ­cil na maioria dos hotĂ©is. O pequeno-almoço Ă© servido numa zona

I checked in after hours, but it was very friendly with clear instructions. The facility is cozy and has a lot to offer for a stay more than one night. I love the convenience of the snack bar and options. I would need to come back to find something I did not like and definitely for a much longer stay - there must be something here not to like.

It is very clean and bright, and is within beautiful walking distance (about 15 minutes) to Ponta Delgada. We love that our room is an ocean view room and especially that it has a big window. Breakfast is great, always fresh. Staff, Vitor and especially Dina and Filipa, are fabulous. They are very helpful, accommodating, and always smile. Parking was no issues around the property (it is a low season now).

Excellant choice of hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfect for us and near enough to walk to the centre of Ponta Delgada. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights before sailing over to Portugal.

The property and rooms were so clean, the interior design was stunning and well thought out. A lovely place to arrive to! The breakfast was impressive with lots of healthy options, staff were above and beyond helpful - even helping outside with my car rental (when I couldn’t figure out how to start the car) :) I’d recommend this happily to anyone.
