Great host, very communicative and available but not intrusive. Everything needed for a self contained stay if desired, apartment cost and comfortable, quiet with safe and short walk to free off street parking , well located for easy access to explore Sao Miguel by car and to waterfront cycle or walking pathways, bikes included! Highly recommend for your stay in Ponta Delgada.

Great, but no king bed

Fantastic place. View is amazing, and eating meals out by the ocean is incredible. Hosts are lovely, and provided some very pleasant islands snacks at the start. Two criticisms: The bed was not a king bed, despite being listed as such. Normally, I'd dock a point or two for not matching the listing, but honestly the rest of the property was so great i can't bring myself to lower the rating. The property was extremely hard to find. Theres a restaurant right next door, and the owners should really message guests and tell them to put that restaurant into the gps.

This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. The owners were absolutely amazing and ready to answer any questions at anytime. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a hreat vacation rental.

It was just perfect! Elisabete is a care and attentive person. Besides what I was expecting to have as amenities, there was also bikes and umbrelas, both for rain and sun. It was a really good surprise!

TOP Lage direkt am Meer, Ausstattung optimal. Als Begrüssungsgeschenk gab es einen großen Obstkorb sowie lokale Spezialitäten der Azoren wie Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Brötchen,1 Flasche Rotwein, Bier, Saft sowie eine Flasche Mineralwasser, was ideal ist, da man nach Ankunft bis zur Mitteilung des PCR Ergebnisses in Quarantäne sein muss. Diese Zeit (12 Std) nutzten wir im kleinen Vorgarten mit Blick auf das Meer. Zur Verfügung stehen pro Appartment auch 2 Fahrräder mit Helmen. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine für die 2 Appartments sowie dazugehöriges Waschmittel. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die nebenan wohnen, war perfekt, sie sind jederzeit per whatsapp erreichbar. Wir wurden sogar bei Abreise zum Flughafen gefahren. Diese Unterkunft war so perfekt, dass ich 6 Sterne vergeben würde.

The place, the location, the host, the vicinity to shops/pool/beach, view, outside patio area and amenities were PERFECT!! Being super hosts ourselves there is just a different way of looking at private rentals. The place has so many neat ideas, intricacies, thoughtful details that both of us will implement in our rentals. There is a restaurant next door which we thought would be too loud, especially since they are open almost all night. There was no noise, we became frequent guests, staff knew us already :-) and we called it our "kitchen". We used the bikes quite a lot. They are in great shape and it is an ideal way to get around town and work off all the good food. We had a dream get-away vacation and is was also due to the accommodation. We will come back and can HIGHLY recommend.
