"This hotel is amazing. Great attention to detail in the rooms, clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Close to all the touring companies and restaurants within walking distances. The staff is amazing and friendly. I will always choose Hotel Gaivota when visiting Ponta Delgada."

"Excellent hôtel excellent service and location"

"Rommet med bad var helt supert for 1 natt (eller noen få). Minuset var at det er veldig lytt, så husk ørepropper hvis du sliter med å sove."

"Stayed here again and loved it!! Came back on my last day on the island because I loved it so much on my first night there! Highly recommend! I would love to come back again one day!"

"Excellent place to stay with young kids! We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment living was great, it’s in a good location too for doing a lot of activities. Two pools which was great if weather wasn’t the best. Only downside was the “buffet dinner” we went to- it was terrible and way overpriced. I wish we never went and saved our money as all the other restaurants nearby was cheaper and way better"

"The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services."

"Fantastic property location and view, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will stay again!"
