Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.

On my 17th attempt calling to add parking to my booking, the lady told me I have indoor parking and it will be €65 to pay tomorrow. When I arrived to check in they were rude and told me that I have outdoor parking and it is €95. They completely denied anything they said on the phone.
The room is fine other than the easyJet style furnishings. Also some of the beds were not made, you had to put the duvet cover on yourself, hostel style. So odd.
Other than that, it’s close to the gondola. It’s fine if you aren’t planning to spend much time there.

We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast ...

An OK place to stop..
Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really.
