"The lobby to check in was very hot! There was only one clerk and he was not friendly at all! He was very short and spoke and a matter of fact tone! Not good! The wrong room was given to me not for the good but I didn’t make a big deal! But what took the cake was the cold shower! The water in the shower needs to be hot not cold/lukewarm"
