"I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights during a 2 week vacation traveling throughput Italy. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, located right on the water but also in easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, with so many areas right on the property perfect for photo opportunities. Our room was modern, stylish, large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. When we arrived, staff upgraded our room to a water view room without us asking, and the view from our balcony of the sea and Mount Vesuvius was incredible. The rooms had an updated entry system where you could push a button on the inside of your room to indicate on the outside whether you requested privacy or wanted housekeeping to tidy up the room. All the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and seemed clearly committed to ensuring our stay in Sorrento was delightful and memorable. One of our days there we spent in their beach area, with easy access to skimming in the sea and tableside food and drink service. I would without a doubt stay here again, and would love to return!"
