" "We had an excellent stay at your hotel, and we especially want to praise the outstanding and friendly staff. The breakfast personnel, in particular, was exceptional—remembering our names and making us feel welcome each morning with a pleasant and accommodating attitude. The food in the restaurant was also a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Our room was clean and tidy, and we were thrilled to have a small view of the ocean. Our only minor constructive feedback is regarding the service at the pool bar. While the area was not busy, we found ourselves needing to go to the bar area directly on a couple of occasions as servers walked past without acknowledging us. On one instance, an order was forgotten, which we had to ask for again. We understand that some issues can be seasonal, and it was certainly not the fault of the staff, but it's an area where service could be improved. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable trip, thanks in large part to the hotel's amazing staff.""
