Didn't realise we had to book a Wellness room in order to use the pool, otherwise expensive charges to use the pool and spa, therefore didnt use."

Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine...
