The hotel location is great, the room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, but the bathroom was full of mould and in definite need of a refurb. Very nice hotel. Good air filtration considering closeness to the hot spring water. Excellent location and good looking rooms. Would recommend to anyone coming to Rotorua for the Spas.
