The hotel was generally nice. But the Fitness room was not well maintained. There were 4 treadmills but only 2 worked. The other 2 were completely broken for my entire 2-week stay even though early on I asked the front desk to ask maintenance to repair them. Internet wafted in & out. Numerous dropped phone calls. Mattress was a bit stiff but I've learned over the last 20 years this is common throughout East/Southeast Asia. Other than this my stay was nice. Stand-up showers had strong water pressure, café was nice with breakfast buffet and beautiful views of the city and a very nice soothing Spa on the 14th floor.

Excellent breakfast buffet, super convenient street shuttle and close to Benchatkitti park & green trail to Lumpini Few issues as they were transitioning wifi systems but staff were very helpful. Very easy access to both airports and a great in between airport stay
