The whole resort is like living in a postcard. It's just so beautiful and the staff were all super friendly and happy especially at the beach bar and around the beach, always passing small bites of food to try and iced water to keep you hydrated. Our only negatives were one night there were a few small flying bugs enter our OWB from seemingly nowhere. But that was gone the next day so the cleaners must have noticed. AMAZING STAY!!!! We stayed in a horizon view over water bungalow and everything about it was superb. The bed was so comfortable, a pillow menu if you're into that. The staff are friendly and helpful (apart from one concierge who never had a name badge on but she always seemed like she couldn't be bothered) The location is perfect, you face east so watch the sun rise. An amazing location and honeymoon destination! The staff are always willing to help, be it to organise activities, advise on dinner plans or simply to arrange a lift to and from your villa in a golf cart! The breakfast buffet is extensive and the private ocean view villa we had was very spacious...not as much of a wow factor as the overwater bungalows but bigger (and cheaper!) Most staff v nice. Some seemed to be very reserved which didn’t always come over as friendly. BUT would definitely recommend. Yes it’s expensive but not silly money. We were pleasantly surprised at cost of food and drinks. Lovely quiet and relaxing. Overwater bungalows a must. We had a few showers but they passed in a matter of minutes

Great location situated as part of a shopping mall so plenty of parking and food choices with a supermarket on the other side of parking lot. Clean spacious rooms and breakfast was good also. Friendly helpful staff and no issues to report. Good place to stay if your hiring a car and want to avoid the parking costs in other areas. We would stay here again.

A large hotel with rooms in many blocks of only 2 storeys but opposite a great dining & shopping area, plenty of parking & great beach frontage

There is nothing I did not like about this resort. It sits in the perfect location, minutes away from the airport, with a smooth sail across the ocean. I loved that the beach is private, so no bother from anyone selling products. I met a lot of friendly hotel staff who went above and beyond, Heikalani being one if them. I absolutely loved my villa. I thought it was going to be bigger but still perfect and with a pool, great touch! Mauruuru Le Bora Bora!

Lovely property in centre of Waikiki with all the major upscale stores behind and the beach to the front. Lovely contemporary rooms, with good facilities. Nice gym, pool and bar. Lovely.

Fantastic hotel, with lovely staff. Well equipped, large rooms, with great views (room 1251). Cleaned daily with fully stocked coffee machine. Nice 'smallish' pool area but right on the beautiful beach. We had an amazing and relaxing 2 week stay. Friendly atmosphere, with a mixture of couples and families. Close to all the amenities, great location.

We came just after the hurricane and the owner was so helpful as we had no power by cooking dinner for everyone on the first night and constantly making sure everyone’s phone was charged. Thank you so much!

Lovely quiet hotel outside of the main city area- need to have a car, parking free on the street first come first serve. Well maintained, clean and comfy. Would stay again as an excellent base to explore oahu.

This hotel delivered on every level. Was what we expected and more. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close walking distance to Waikiki beach and close to most food outlets and shopping areas. Beach items like towels, chairs,umbrellas were available every day for guests to use. Loved it.

I stayed here for 5 nights and was very comfortable. The bed was quite firm, which I like, and I slept very well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in a small alcove with crockery and cutlery. The tv was mounted high up on the wall. The free wifi worked really well. There was covered space to sit outside and I could access my room from the outside as well as from an internal hallway. There was a dehumidfier in the room...

Great location, view from roof bar lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly...late flight out so utilised a cabin room with access to late shower etc.
