A great place to stay. Giovanni mettas downstairs and showed us to our room. Plenty of space with a king size bed and balcony. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well. There is a pod coffee maker, but no pods or cups. It could also use a hot water kettle. Within walking distance to everything. We were able to park just outside the door. We would definitely stay again, especially if there was items for morning coffee.

Giovanni and his family were very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question or needed something. Giovanni even provide a free parking spot for us for our stay which was fantastic. The family room apartment where we styed was very spacious. A clothes dryer could be useful though if you are staying more than 2 days as the nearest Lavandera is 10 minutes walk. We had a great time when we stayed.

Walkable to city center 10-15 minutes. Great breakfast option nearby which was open pretty early. Was able to park on street a block from the apartment. Walked to the city center for restaurant options. This apartment is big, very clean and quiet at night.

the location is good and the property is big and the owners are very nice and helpful. the equipment need to be better especially in the kitchen. there’s no bowl, only flat plates. actually there’s nothing big problems.

We thought the photos were misleading that suggested there was a balcony on an elevated floor. It was on the ground floor with little light. There was also ants and the shower didn't work well. One room was also filled with overflow supplies. The owner was friendly and tried to accomodate us and found us street parking which was great.

The host(s) we’re super friendly and accommodating, we made a mistake with our timelines and needed an extra night and they gave us a room no problem for the same price! Not to mention our room had a washer that we could use for free (amazing!). They also let us keep our luggage in the building as our train left a few hours after checkout. For sure recommend!

Lovely, well placed apartment

Fabulous top floor apartment with huge outside area, complete with sun beds. Lovely boho decor. Key to come and go as we pleased. Much needed air conditioning as it was very hot when we went. Great location being near to station and Old Town. Good shower. Fridge, freezer and sink plus coffee machine.

Excellent overall. It’s walking distance to train station, old town, and main attractions. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe walking to the main plaza and convenience market nearby at night. I had the top floor with huge balcony and mini kitchen. Owner was quick to response. I enjoyed the place so much that I decided to stay for another night. Giovanni was very accommodating, made it possible for me to stay in another room without a problem. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

La stanza era in realtà addirittura un appartamentino (e neanche piccolo). Probabilmente essendo in bassa stagione ci hanno sistemati in un alloggio di categoria superiore rispetto al pagato. In ogni caso struttura molto graziosa, pulita in modo impeccabile e proprietario gentilissimo, oltre alla ottima posizione, ne fanno di sicuro una scelta consigliatissima

Ótima experiência no apartamentos famíliar apesar de sermos um casal, pudemos fazer a janta e cafe da manhã. Apartamento confortável e bem-decorado. Giovanni e seu pai Vitor foram atenciosos. Ótimo local para que precisa de um espaço maior para a famílias. Ótimo custo x beneficio, perto da estacao de.trens de Polignano a Mare, que ajuda muito nos bate-e-volta para outros locais da região, como Lecce, Brindisi, Monopoli e Ostuni, para quem não algugou carro. O trem.resolveu todoa os passeios para esses locais. O local possui toalhas e lençóis, porém eles nao sao trocados durante a estadia e nao é realizado serviço de limpeza e arrumação. O apartamento possui loucas e panelas para cozinhar.

Lors de la réservation, je me suis trompée des dates (un jour d'écart). Le lendemain j'ai voulu corriger les dates mais ceci m'a ete refusé (alors que je réservais avec 3 mois d'avance)... j'ai dû réserver une nuit supplémentaire et je n'ai pas trouvé cela très honnête. Je l'ai pris en compte dans mon évaluation. Sinon, la chambre était plutôt spacieuse (mais clairement pour 2 personnes, pas pour 3), très propre et bien située pas loin du vieux centre.
