"We stayed here for our honeymoon and were really pleased with the customer service. Waiting staff are very hardworking, polite and humble. We tipped staff in cash where we could as we were not sure how the tipping system works. There is lots to do - a lot of the water sports are free and beach area staff are very attentive. The banyan area with the adult pool is also well maintained - notable mentions to Saif and Vikesh who were always at hand to help. Food is good with lots of options - particularly BBs burgers/Bodrum Blue/Creole Smokehouse and the ice cream bar. We went half board as we do not drink alcohol and thought this worked out well. Spa facilities are decent with slots that you need to book which is good so that it does not get crowded. My wife also had a massage here from Nishma who was a friendly therapist. We were also kindly given a few things complimentary as Abeday at reception noted that it was our honeymoon. Hotel in general well maintained and clean, nice big rooms with good aircon, some wear and tear in bathrooms but nothing overly concerning. We would come back in future."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our luggage was delayed for the duration of the stay here but the concierge made all efforts to try and track it down. Facilities are great especially for kids. Definitely be back at some point. "

"Peaceful getaway"

"From the moment of arrival we were warmly welcomed to the Victoria Beachcomber Hotel and Spa Resort. Our arrival was a few hours before the allotted check in but we were shown to a shower room to freshen up and given cool refreshments which was most welcomed. Introduction to the facilities was carried out succinctly with true professionalism. We were allowed to use the dining room for breakfast before checking in too. The staff have been professional friendly throughout. Entertainment varied from day to day. A great holiday location. Would highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel and a great beach. Stayed in a tropical junior suite and it’s spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom is great and there is also an outside shower. Breakfast is varied and the area is kept spotless (such an improvement compared to Constance Belle Mare). We had dinner at Caravelle and Blue Ginger, all very nice. Lunch was at La Plage and it’s good. Beach service is efficient. Would come back!"

"Staff members have been so friendly and kind. First class service. We stayed for four nights in a junior beach front room facing the sea. The room was excellent; sea view awesome; four swimming pools; fabulous entertainment every night. The cleaning team (Reagan) was so efficient and ensured that our room was cleaned every day. The staff at the Citronelle restaurant were also very kind and helpful. ( Sweetie, Nisha, Mr Saheye, the lady who did our poached eggs every day The chefs were so friendly ) they all ensured that our stay was fab. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was awesome. We also met the HR assistant manager Darren who gave us a warm welcome and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Memorable stay. We would like to visit again. Highly recommended. "

"The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen. "
