Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate her 30th Birthday. We stayed in the Pileus suite. The suite had a stunning view of the ocean and dunes which we enjoyed with a glass of wine on the balcony. The room is really large and beautifully decorated. The onsite mineral spa is super relaxing - we made good use of this. Really loved our stay and we are so sad to be back

Do yourself a favour.

Amazing location, hosts and facilities. We checked in at 3pm and did not leave the site until check-out the following day. The mineral pool and soak tub were glorious on what was a cold and windy winters day. Whether you relax in your room with ocean views, sit by the fire or wander the farm and beach... you won't go wrong. The honesty box snack bar is a ripper touch also.

Lon is a beautiful coastal retreat that exceeded our expectations, not only was our room luxurious, but the team at Lon Spa are amazing at what they do and the food hampers and wine were all fantastic. I couldn’t fault Lon. I felt relaxed and recharged after our stay.

Absolute bliss

The room was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and the perfect retreat. The mineral pool is lovely. The walk to the beach is very relaxing. My favourite part was watching the storm roll in over the bay from the beautiful big windows. I stayed in the cirrus suite. Plenty to explore nearby if you feel like heading out, though I happily spent most of my stay there.

We relaxed and watched the clouds

Lon Retreat is a gentle calm sanctuary. Each of the rooms are named after clouds and it apt. We stayed in Pileus. The room was beautifully finished and furnished. The armchairs look pretty but are not the most comfortable. But the bed was super comfortable. The standout and the highlight is the view. We sat up in bed looking out at the changes in the landscape from first light - it is absolutely stunning. We walked down the beach and around the coast into Point Lonsdale for a coffee and lunch. Both the wine bar and Pasquenie's provided good meals during our stay. Our special indulgence was a spa package at Lon Retreat - it was a real treat! Bathing, soaking up the view and washing away stress. We plan on returning twice a year.
