We were super happy to stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great and the sea view was really nice.

What a little gem right on the beach. I booked last minute and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location with easy access to the beach and those refreshing clear Adriatic waters. Wonderful breakfast included, as well as free parking. The hotel has seen better days but it is very clean and has everything you need for a quick overnight. A little expensive but perfect if you are looking to get away from the crowds in Split and sleep in a chill vintage guesthouse. Recommended.

Standard room, with bathroom - coffee/tea with kettle. (No fridge) Room & property was well presented, clean & tidy & pretty. Staff very friendly & helpful, Breakfast delicious & really enjoyed beautiful terrace view overlooking the sea stunning. Good location, bus stop close 30 mins into Split. We would be happy to return, but would upgrade to a balcony room.

Small Family run Hotel, Stayed for 7nights, What great time we had, we have 6month old baby, althought there are a few staircases, it was manageable. Breakfast is good, Continental and eggs cooked to your liking, all fresh food lovely. The Evening meals are the highlight, its €37 for 3 course meal, which is different menu each night. All fresh great cooked food. The views from dinner are amazing. The hotel is on a strip which goes 4km+ into the next village, perfect for walks, runs or pushing the baby. Loads of great restraunts down here. We will stay here again, try get a balcony room next time. 100%reccomend. They only accept cash tho for anything. Cashmachine 5min walk away

Excellent stay a wonderful Guest House. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend. Small hiccup was that they do NOT accept credit cards onsite and in my opinion, the business could be more clear about that after booking and also at check in. I had to make a separate trip to the ATM so be sure to pay in advance otherwise you will be forced to pay cash on site.

This was a lovely hotel next to the beach. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are provided but treated as a restaurant to which you buy per dish. The beach is right there and beach chairs and towels are included!! About a 20-30min ride to the center of split, a $15-$20 Uber ride one way. I highly recommend staying here, there are restaurants available along the beach if you don’t want to eat had the hotel.

Breakfast was good, friendly staff. I really loved the beach access, the hotel provides beach towels and chairs ( super convenient ). One thing about the area, transportation can be difficult sometimes. Uber was really hard to find …. Over 15 mins for a ride confirmation , just keep that in mind

Amazing service, good breakfast and very good rooms and nice beach. I can totally recommend this place! I belive we came here before the real tourist season so even that we found good places where to eat close by and from this hotel it was easy to start the trip to split and makarska or where ever you want to go. So if you are coming with rental car it works well!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pansion Martin. Our room was very nice and the breakfasts were great. We dined at two restaurants on the beach at the suggestion of our host at Pansion Martin. Driving in Split was a bit of a challenge due to construction but parking at Pansion Martin was trouble-free. Two thumbs way up from us for Pansion Martin.

We spent 4 nights at Pansion Martin and honestly, it was such a hidden gem. I won't lie, I doubted the five star reviews before booking, but I was wrong. The staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and breakfast every morning was fresh, plentiful, and included in the price (we didn't even realise this until we checked in). We also tried lunch there. The calamari and antipasto platter were both super fresh, with generous portions, and really well priced. They aren't extorting tourists with their prices, actually the prices for lunch are very reasonable. The beach though stole the show. It may be small but wow. Crystal clear water, and the staff actually clean it every single morning, even clearing away seaweed and driftwood. Chairs and parasols were free for guests, so we just spent peaceful days lounging by the water and hopping in and out of the sea. The temperature was perfect also. To be honest, if you're looking for a quiet holiday with good food, a nice beach and a relaxing atmosphere, consider this place. What we loved most is that it’s a small, family-run place, so it feels really authentic compared to the big soulless hotels. Everything was unbelievably clean. We kept noticing little details the staff would take care of daily, and you can tell they take real pride in it.

Pension Martin is an absolute gem. Well maintained and run property, with smiling owners ready to make your stay a special one. Excellent breakfast. Magnificent views. Calmness (off season). Rooms are small, but the property is awesome. When I arrived, I was excited to test the water and went for a swim. The owner realized I didn't take a towel, and when I got out of the water, he laid out for me a clean towel on my lounge chair. That is what I call 5* service. Simply amazing place that deserves a recognition.

Parfait séjour. Très bon accueil, chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Accès plage direct de l hébergement. La chambre est confortable et le petit déjeuner au top.

Supermysigt familjehotell direkt vid stranden

Vi hade rum med havsutsikt, vilket var fantastiskt och väl värt pengarna. Kändes som man sov på stranden med ljudet från vågorna. Endast kontantbetalning ett minus om man inte kommer från euro-land. Riktigt sköna sängar och fräscht. Frukosten helt ok, men saknade riktig juice och bacon.

Loistavalla sijainnilla; n.10km Splitin keskustasta siistillä alueella aivan meren rannassa oleva pieni perhehotelli. Olimme varhain keväällä kaksin mieheni kanssa ja saimme ystävällisen palvelun. Ranta oli siisti ja suojaisa, aamupala perushyvä, lähellä pari pientä ruokamarkettia ja kävimme syömässä läheisessä Cibus-ravintolassa, missä oli hyvä ruoka. Kaikki toimi ja lähtöaamuna saimme vielä aamupalan mukaamme kentälle.

Paikka oli todella rauhallinen. Olimme lokakuussa, joten turistiaika oli muutenkin ohi. Ranta on aivan hotellin vieressä ja siellä oli vain muutama muu hotellin asukas meidän lisäksi. Ei näkynyt mitään kaupustelijoita, sai olla aivan omassa rauhassa.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber - Familienbetrieb. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit uneingeschränktem Meerblick, eigener Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Leckeres Frühstück. Kleine Einschränkungen gibt es beim Lärm der Strasse, den engen Platzverhältnissen fürs Parken und kleinen Mängel im Zimmer (Betten, Bad). Dennoch ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Excellent place. Hotel is near beach. Owners were very helpful. Hotel is near road, so some noise comes from there. Bus stop is near, so it is easy to go to Split center
