"Im travelling around asia and I cannot tell you how handy it was having a free self service laundry option with all the cleaning detergent provided along with a dryer. The staff were so lovely, my sister has mobility issues and on the days where i would go out she would need to order food to the hotel and they were so kind and helpful. The restaurant looked beautiful and pool looks stunning, I wish i was there longer. "

We were put next to a family with multiple very noisy children. They made noise until midnight and started again at 5 AM. Then there was the staff that started early in the morning talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors"
