The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

Fabulous hotel, with fantastic links to New York on the path train. Breakfast was lovely and the facilities were also great. Lounge area an added bonus after a long day. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Hello,
The key does not work on the third floor, so I had to move to the ninth floor. Also, the hot water takes about 10 minutes to get hot.
The room is good, the house is clean, and the cleaner works two days a week. However, the furniture looks quite old, around early 2000s

Terrible service. They canceled my booking on the day of arrival. I was sitting in the car with my young children in freezing weather... and had to look for a new place. This happened on December 30th.
