Still great. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast has slipped a little bit. Lots of plastic wrappers on cups and utensils. Great room. Did find some trash behind of the bedroom doors. And a hair in one of the beds. Super safe and well appointed hotel.

My only complaint is that we were sharing our stay with a little league baseball tournament. It was one of the loudest environments I've ever been in. The breakfast was better than average. The staff was good about keeping towels ready at the pool.

I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last 2 yrs. Not the fanciest place; I would say average. The staff has always been excellent. On my last visit my husband misplaced his hearing aide. We looked everywhere, but couldn't find it.I informed the front desk when I was checking out that we had lost his hearing aide somewhere in the room. An hour after checking out they called to say they found it! We were so thankful. The staff is awesome!

The parking was limited, the water pressure wasn't great and the room and hallways weren't very clean. But the staff that I came in to contact with were friendly and the room was quiet.

This property has slipped in quality. We have patronized it for 33 years, its first maybe 20 years an Embassy Suites. The shower was not cleaned and the breakfast area is the worst we’ve seen, a great disappointment as before it had been nicely laid out and stocked with a pleasing variety. There are four waffle makers and a bunch of dry cereal aimed at kids, and no fruit and hardly any dairy products. The seating is limited and inappropriate, more like what a dorm commons area would be than a proper breakfast area.

Dear Scott,I think maybe you might have our property confused with another property you stayed at. The survey you responded too was for the La Quinta by Wyndham in Pocatello Idaho. To my knowledge our property use to be an Ameritel Hotel before it switched to a La Quinta. Our breakfast items that we serve is extensive which includes waffles, scrambled eggs, various breakfast meats, muffins, bagels, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, 3 kinds of cereals with milk, oatmeal, omelets, coffee, tea and toast. When we checked in there was coffee all over the lobby floor. Dry spills and a large wet puddle. The floors through the whole building were filthy. Even in the elevators. The room was clean and nice although we found a bottle cap on the floor. It was a little noisy at night from traffic but didn’t keep us up too late. The only staff we interacted with was at the check in counter and she was pleasant. Cheap stay, kids had fun in the pool and the hot tub was hot so all in all, not terrible.

Front desk staff extremely unprofessional. While checking three staff were arguing about an another guest that had not checked out WHILE processing our check in. Also, went to buy a drink and at the side desk while waiting right in front of me was a computer screen open with a staff incident report about another guest with very derogatory language. Never stay there again with due to front desk and management. Also the free breakfast AWFUL!

The property is old and not well taken care of. For our family of 4, we had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No hand towels for the sink. We were 2 doors down from the elevator and constantly heard the ding. When the air in the room turned off, it made a long wheezing sound. We won’t be staying there again.

Everything was great with the exception of plenty of parking. It is a small lot and they had a couple of guests staying with long trailers taking up the limited parking. They have runover parking across the street in the lower lot of the Best Western which is what we had to use. They should direct guests with trailers there. Ir was a tough walk for my mother who has a bad knee. All 3 handicap spots were also full. It was a sold out night but they should ask about oversized vehicles at check-in to control the parking situation better
